Central Coast Specialty Foods is a locally owned business in Lompoc. We proudly showcase the best quality artisanal & gourmet, local & imported specialty foods.

We feature a delectable charcuterie line that features prosciutto from Parma, breseola and a variety of salames.

Our gourmet cheese case is stuffed with cheeses from regions all over the world including Epoisses from Burgundy, France and Red Hawk from Peteluma, California.

Fresh meats and poultry including Vande Rose Pork, Mary's Chicken, and Double R Signature Choice Beef along with our extensive selection of fresh sausages and bacon are available at our butcher counter. And exotic meats: alligator spare ribs, whole rabbits, and ground venison are just a few of your choices.

If a full-service deli is what you're looking for, we've got it. Thumann's meats, Sonoma Jack and Jarlsberg Swiss (among other cheeses), and freshly made deli salads like our Bacon & Potato Salad or Edamame Quinoa are just part of our daily offerings.

The pantry is full of imported and local specialty foods. Harissa, whole peeled anchioves, truffle honey, organic Italian preserves, olives....the list goes on.

''West Coast'', ''Specialty'' and ''Blackened'' are just a few of the numerous gourmet sandwich choices we offer but let's not forget our Wraps, Paninis and Salads which are all handmade-to-order. If sitting and sipping is more your style, we have a select variety of local beers and wines that you can enjoy inside with your sandwich or with cheese and crackers. And our Saturday $10 BBQ features Tri Tip AND Chicken with fixin's.
