Description
The unveiling of the completed World War I Monument marks the completion of a three-year project by the Lompoc Museum and Rancho Purisima chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution to repair and enhance the 1924 World War Monument in downtown Lompoc. The final elements of a life-sized bronze eagle and bas relief sculpture of a doughboy soldier will be revealed.
