Resume & Interview Workshop

The Lompoc Valley Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with UCLA Health Central Coast Community Clinics, is excited to invite local job seekers to a Resume & Interview Workshop and Job Fair on Friday, November 21, from 3:00PM to 5:00PM at the Dick DeWees Community & Senior Center, located at 1120 W. Ocean Avenue.

This free event is open to all community members and is designed to support individuals looking to enhance their job-readiness skills, strengthen their resumes, and connect directly with employers. Attendees will have the opportunity to receive professional guidance on how to refine their resumes, improve interview techniques, and stand out as top candidates. Participants are encouraged to bring a copy of their resume for review and feedback.
Recruiters from UCLA Health will be on hand to offer career coaching, helping attendees identify which positions align best with their experience and providing valuable insight into the UCLA Health application and hiring process. Additionally, a job fair will be held featuring employment opportunities with Central Coast Community Clinics, giving job seekers a chance to speak directly with hiring teams and explore current openings.

Whether you’re entering the workforce for the first time, returning after a break, or seeking new opportunities, this event is designed to provide valuable resources and direct pathways to employment.
