DESCRIPTION
Co-hosted by Dr Jim Broderick, past Mental Health Director for Santa Barbara County.

OK, it's been weeks working at home. Your daily ROUTINE of getting out of the house is far behind. No more driving to work, chit chat when you arrive at work, lunch with co-workers. The new ROUTINE is much different. The kids, the dog, your spouse; it's all closing in on you. Your anxiety is higher and your patience is lower. This webinar gives you proven tools to help you, your spouse, your kids and the dog.
