In partnership with the Lompoc Adult School & Career Center, the Lompoc Valley Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau is proud to announce:

CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE SERIES

This 4-part workshop series includes an Employer Engagement piece to kick off the series on March 12th, meant to gather invested employers to discuss what skills will be taught to their employees and how best to coach them to achieve ultimate success in the workplace.

Employees will receive a Certificate of Completion for each workshop they attend and finish, and a Certificate of Customer Service Excellence for completion of all three employee-oriented seminars that shows they

- learned the material
- honed their skills
- are a professional customer service representative with the know-how to help their employers, coworkers, and of course -- their customers.

Employees learn to apply phone techniques & etiquette for successful customer interaction

Working With Upset Customers | Tuesday, April 9th, 9am - 12pm
Employees use professionalism & strategies for delivering effect service to upset customers
